Refunds are available for Pre-Order purchases if the order is canceled within 48 hours of placement.

Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours of your request. Once authorization is granted, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags, unworn, and unwashed. Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or size exchange within the 10-day policy. Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Altered items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a refund. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your return.

DOMESTIC

We provide a free return label as a courtesy when you make your initial request for an exchange or store credit, within our 10-day policy.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not cover the expenses incurred for shipping the item back to us, nor do we reimburse these costs.

We do not offer price matching with our vendors.

Bronx and Banco reserves the right to adjust prices or offer sales on items after purchase.

Once an order is placed, discounts that haven't been applied cannot be added.

Our Pre-Order styles are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Production begins 3 days after ordering.

Customers have 48 hours to cancel their pre-order for a full refund. After this period, store credit for an alternative style can be provided.

Delivery windows are provided for pre-order items, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

After an order is shipped, Bronx and Banco relinquishes control over the package. We cannot modify addresses or expedite shipping.

Bronx and Banco is not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if customers reject packages due to unpaid duty fees.

Expedited shipping is offered for Domestic orders, with overnight shipping available on business days. For instance: orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
